Me and my wife had an anaversery trip planned when all of a sudden my previous doctor went MIA while I had a prescription to pick up. While not being able to get ahold of them for multiple days it felt hopeless. I went to a minute clinic last minute to see if they could help or write an emergency script before I left for our trip. The women at the clinic recommended I give this group a try, and I am so glad she did. Not only did they help me last minute and after hours, the doctor had a consultation with me while he was at home. I am very grateful you can still find doctors and people who care. I Loved it here! I normally do not go to the doctor because I always feel like I’m taking up their time or most doctors always seem busy, or in a rush BUT my experience here was GREAT!! From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients until the time I left I felt comfortable and everyone here seems to actually care about patients having a pleasant experience. I didn’t feel like I was in the way or taking up anyone’s time. EVEN the staff who checks you in have great hospitality and are super caring. The doctor was so patient and thorough, he explained everything so well and even gave me a print out of information that showed what I can do until I return for my follow up visit. On Monday, August 15th, 2022, I called Amazing Health Partners Clinic and the staff I spoke to was very friendly and caring. I needed to see a Doctor right away because of a sore throat I was having and it was really bad. I was scheduled to see Dr. Basebang. He consulted with me and I was positive for strep. He had my meds called to the pharmacy and I started feeling better from the first dose. The service was excellent and the most interesting thing was the affordable price I paid for all the services I reviewed is amazing. I am very grateful and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to see a doctor as soon as possible and with excellent care. I was provided with all available treatment options and the sweetest part of all is the very low cost. I have received two follow-up calls from Dr. Basebang to check how I am feeling. I want to thank the staff of Amazing Health Partners recently for their care. I was traveling from Florida to Dallas to see my sister. I suspected the night before my flight that I was developing an infection. When I got to Dallas the next afternoon my brother-in -law drove me to several clinics but no one would see me (for a variety of reasons). AHP was our 4th stop and I was getting desperate has we had to be at the care facility by 4:30 to see my sister. The staff immediately took action— did testing and prescribed the antibiotic. This clinic is on point!, from the staff at the front desk, to the staff attending to you and the NP (Mr Francis)... they all have a caring, warm and big heart! The wait is not long during clinic visits and Mr Francis attentively attend to each specific medical issue. I loved my experience here and everything was very quick and easy. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a physical with Dr. Hellemn and he was great! He was not intimidating like other doctors and made sure all of my paperwork and bloodwork was done perfectly. Dr. Francis is amazing. He is so kind, always greets my father, who is his patient, like an old friend. He is also exceptionally thorough, giving his patients as much time and attention as they require. This visit was such an amazing experience! It started with the ladies at the front desk! Amazing Health Clinic has saved me and my Husband lives. From the moment you walk into the clinic the receptionist Ms. Leslie has a smile on her face welcoming you into the office. This clinic truly provides excellent and quality care at affordable rates. my son was sick and I called them to schedule an appointment, However, was unable to do a walk-in immediately due to my schedule . The Dr. offered to come home for a home visits, same cost as office visits, with no extra charges. He assessed my son and ordered his medications. My husband and I had a very great and productive appointment with Dr. Hellemn and DNP/FNP Francis Basebang. They had and spent quality time with us and listened to all our concerns and provided solutions. They asked us the right questions which helped figure out the right solutions. They also offer a comprehensive weightloss program and other wellness programs. We have been looking for a new PCP and I am glad we found two great ones at Amazing Health Partners Clinic. I love the care I received at Amazing Health Partners Clinic. Dr Francis Basebang and Dr Hellemn are very knowledgeable in the services provided. They are available whenever I need them and demonstrate alot of concern about my health. There is no health condition that is too complex for them to handle. First time I’ve had a doctor actually take the time to fully explain my medications keeping me highly informed and educated on pros and cons do’s and don't s and also other medication options that may be best for me. My first time visiting this clinic, I am very impressed. Very clean environment, kind and caring staffs. The doctors are just down to earth.
